VIRTUAL REALITY DAN METAVERSE SEBAGAI PENENTU EFISIENSI PERUSAHAAN: TINJAUAN PUSTAKA DAN KERANGKA KONSEPTUAL

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah menyebabkan pergeseran cara kita bekerja. Di tengah pandemi, perkembangan teknologi justru semakin meningkat. Untuk alasan ini, model baru diperlukan untuk cara kerja baru yang lebih efisien untuk perusahaan. Tujuan utama penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk menyediakan dan mengusulkan kerangka konseptual serta model alternatif tentang kinerja perusahaan berbasis teknologi online. Selanjutnya, kerangka konseptual baru ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel virtual reality, khususnya metaverse terhadap efisiensi perusahaan. Artikel ini merupakan sebuah konsep, sehingga peneliti menyarankan agar dalam penelitian ke depan untuk melakukan penelitian empiris berdasarkan kerangka konseptual yang diusulkan dalam artikel ini, yaitu mengkaji pengaruh virtual reality, khususnya metaverse terhadap efisiensi perusahaan.
