Abstract

Pendidikan kewirausahaan memiliki peranan penting dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan. Penanaman nilai kewirausahaan berdampak pada pembentukan karakter yang dapat dijadikan modal dasar bagi peserta didik dalam mengembangkan diri. Tujuan dari paper ini adalah memberikan gambaran dampak dari pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam pembentukan modal insani dan dampaknya bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penulisan dilakukan dengan studi literature yang mengkaji literatur yang relevan dengan tema bahasan. Hasil dari studi literature yang dilakukan memberikan gagasan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan memiliki kontribusi yang penting dalam pembentukan modal insani. Pendidikan kewirausahaan memberikan orientasi peserta didik untuk menjadi job creator, tumbuh dan berkembangnya usaha baru berimplikasi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi.
