Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran dukungan organisasi dan GRIT dalam meningkatkan work engagement pada karyawan perusahaan manufaktur. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional, data diperoleh dari 121 responden menggunakan tiga instrumen terstandar, yaitu Utrecht Work engagement Scale (UWES), Perceived Organizational Support Scale, dan GRIT Scale. Hasil analisis regresi linier ganda menunjukkan bahwa dukungan organisasi dan GRIT secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work engagement (F = 24.908, p < 0.01). Secara parsial, dukungan organisasi (t = 3.670, p < 0.01) dan GRIT (t = 3.827, p < 0.01) juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap work engagement. Temuan ini memperkuat peran penting sumber daya pekerjaan dan personal dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan kerja, serta menjadi dasar dalam pengembangan strategi HR di industri manufaktur.
